Asian Max was founded in 2001 by Linda Tam. Her vision was to bring customers a splendid assortment of cultural delights from across Asia served in just one restaurant location. During her career as a cooking instructor LInda created and perfected the recipes used exclusively at Asian Max. These recipes represent and “fuse” flavors from China, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Health and authenticity are top priorities at Asian Max. Our food is prepared with the use of healthier cooking methods, including no added MSG and 0 trans fat cooking oil. We use the freshest ingredients, and distinctive Asian seasonings and spices for an authentic flare.
